Objective Of Scheme (योजना के उद्देश्य)
Through this, registration of about 38 crore unorganized workers of the country will be done. So far, a total of 18 crore workers have got themselves registered on this portal. All the laborers and laborers, hawkers, vegetable vendors etc. of the country will be benefitted by this scheme.
- Data will be ready for the future through labor portal with the government. Due to which if there is an epidemic like corona in future, it will help a lot in helping people to benefit.

ई-श्रमिक पोर्टल के द्वारा देश काम कर रहे संगठित व असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों को डाटा मिल जायेगा, जिससे सरकार द्वारा भविष्य में दी जाने वाली किसी भी योजना के लिए आसानी होगी।
इसके माध्यम से देश के लगभग 38 करोड़ असंगठित श्रमिकों का रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया जायेगा। अभी तक कुल 18 करोड़ श्रमिक इस पोर्टल पर अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन करवा चुके है। इस योजना से देश के मजदूर और श्रमिक, फेरी वाले, सब्जी वाले आदि सभी लाभान्वित होंगे।
- सरकार के पास श्रमिक पोर्टल के माध्यम से भविष्य के लिए डाटा तैयार हो जायेगा। जिससे भविष्य में यदि कोरोना जेसी महामारी आती है तो लोगो को लाभ पहुँचाने सहायता देने में काफी मदद मिलेगी।

Scheme Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मापदंड)
Know what is e-labour card eligibility
To register UP e-Shram Card, the age of the applicant should be from 16 years to 60 years.
The applicant will be considered eligible only if he does not pay any kind of income tax.
The workers who get registered should not be members of EPFO and ESIC.
UP e-Shram Card पंजीकरण करने के लिए आवेदक की आयु 16 साल से 60 साल तक होनी चाहिए।
आवेदक किसी तरह का इनकम टैक्स का भुगतान नहीं करता हो तभी वह इसके पात्र समझा जायेगा।
जो भी श्रमिक पंजीकरण करवाएंगे वह EPFO और ESIC के सदस्य नहीं होने चाहिए।

Application Process (आवेदन प्रक्रिया)
The applicant has to first go to the official website of e-Shram Portal (UP e-Shram Card) eshram.gov.in.
- After this, on the home page, you have to click on the option given at the bottom of Register on e-Labour.
- On clicking, a new page will open in front of you.
- On the new page, you have to fill Aadhaar linked mobile number, captcha code, EPFO and ESIC member status.
- After this you have to click on Send OTP.
- Now you will receive OTP on your mobile number which you have to fill in the box.
- After this you have to enter your Aadhaar card number and click on the submit button by ticking on the given terms condition.
- As soon as you click, the application form will open in front of you, you have to upload the necessary documents along with filling the information asked in the application form.
- And click on the given option of submit.
- In this way your registration will be completed.

- इसके बाद आपको होम पेज पर आपको नीचे की ओर रजिस्टर ऑन ई-श्रम के दिए गए ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है।
- क्लिक करते ही आपके सामने नया पेज खुल जायेगा।
- नए पेज पर आपको आधार से लिंक्ड मोबाइल नंबर, कैप्चा कोड, EPFO और ESIC मेंबर स्टेटस भरना है।
- इसके बाद आपको सेंड OTP पर क्लिक कर लेना है।
- अब आपको अपने मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP प्राप्त होगा जिसे आपको बॉक्स में भर लेना है।
- इसके बाद आपको अपना आधार कार्ड नंबर दर्ज करना है और दिए गए टर्म्स कंडीशन पर टिक करके सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक कर लेना है।
- क्लिक करते ही आपके सामने आवेदन फॉर्म खुल जायेगा, आपको आवेदन फॉर्म में पूछी गयी जानकारी भरके साथ ही आवश्यक दस्तवेजों को अपलोड कर लेना है।
- और सबमिट के दिए गए ऑप्शन पर क्लिक कर लेना है।
- इस तरह से आपका पंजीकरण पूरा हो जायेगा।
