To apply for this scheme, the candidate will first have to visit the official website of Service Planning Department, Uttar Pradesh.
After coming to the home page of UP Seva Yojana, you have to click on the “New Account” option. Now the registration form will open in front of you. Here you have to fill all the information asked carefully.
After filling all the required details, hit the submit button.
