Eligibility Criteria
1.The Candidates who had applied earlier need to apply afresh. Old applications will not be considered.

3.Incomplete/ partially filled application forms will not be considered. The decision of the Institute authorities in such cases will be final.
4.The applicants are required to upload all the supporting documents mandatorily to complete the applications.

6.The Institute reserves the right to fill/partially fill or not to fill any vacancies or cancel the selection process wholly or partially based on the availability of vacancies in a particular category at the time of presentation/interview.

Educational Qualification
Assistant Professor Grade-II Ph.D. None One publication in an SCI Journal
Ph.D. with 1 year of post Ph.D. experience One paper accepted for publication in SCI Journal Two papers in SCI Journals or one patent; may be based on Ph.D.
Assistant Professor Grade-I Ph.D. with 3 years of post Ph.D. experience OR 6 years of total experience (not counting Ph.D. enrollment period) after obtaining appropriate Masters degree – M.Tech. OR equivalent degree. 02 papers in SCI journals outside Ph.D. work. One ongoing sponsored project for candidates from academia. Two experiments OR computational projects added to teaching laboratories where appropriate. One PhD supervision ongoing; 01 Patent; Experience in industry OR R&D lab. of repute; M.Tech, M.Sc. OR B.Tech. Project supervision on live industrial problems

How to apply online
Following an initial screening/short-listing process conducted by the designated Screening Committee, candidates’ applications and profiles will be evaluated based on predetermined criteria set by the Institute.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an ‘in-person’ presentation and subsequent interview, facilitated by the Statutory Selection Committee.
Appointment letters will be issued upon endorsement by the Board of Governors of the Institute, in line with the recommendations from the Statutory Selection Committee.
The Institute retains the authority to limit the number of candidates selected for interviews with the Statutory Selection Committee, maintaining a reasonable threshold.
Selection criteria may consider qualifications, eligibility, experience surpassing the minimum requirements specified in the advertisement, and additional academic accomplishments.
The Institute might adopt alternative criteria or procedures to manage the number of candidates invited for interviews by the Statutory Selection Committee, with prior communication to the candidates.
The verdict of the respective committee(s) will be conclusive in this matter, establishing the final decisions regarding the selection process
