Objective Of Scheme (योजना के उद्देश्य)
- Under the Bihar Chief Minister Entrepreneur Scheme, the government will provide an incentive amount of Rs 10 lakh for setting up an industry.
- Only citizens belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category can avail the benefit of this scheme.
- Bihar government is trying to encourage industry through Bihar Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana 2023.
- The economic condition of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe citizens will also improve through this scheme.
- A budget of Rs 102 crore has been set by the Bihar government for this scheme.
- Out of the incentive amount of Rs 10 lakh, Rs 5 lakh will be provided as grant and Rs 5 lakh will be provided as interest free loan.
- Industries will be promoted through this scheme.

Scheme Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मापदंड)
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Bihar.
- To avail the benefits of this scheme, it is mandatory to have a current account.
- Proprietorship firm can be done by the entrepreneur on his personal PAN.
- The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 50 years.
- Only proprietorship firm, partnership firm, LLP or private limited company can avail the benefits of this scheme.
- The educational qualification of the applicant should be 10+2 or Intermediate, ITI, Polytechnic, Diploma or equivalent.
- The applicant should belong to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Most Backward Class, Women or Youth category.
Required Document (आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ )
- आवेदक युवा का, मूल आधार कार्ड,
- Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana 2023-24 के अंतर्गत सभी आवेदको के पास बिहार राज्य का मूल व स्थायी निवास प्रमाण पत्र होना चाहिए,
- सभी आवेदको के पास 10वीं कक्षा का सर्टिफिकेट होना चाहिए ताकि जन्म तिथि को प्रमाणित किया जा सकें,
- 12वीं कक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र होना चाहिए,
- युवा का पैन कार्ड,
- 120 KB की युवा की लेटेस्ट फोटोग्राफ,
- युवा के हस्ताक्षर का नमूना जो कि 120 KB का होगा,
- युवा का रद्द या कैंसिल किया हुआ चेक और
- आवेदक युवा का Bank Statement आदि।
Application Process (आवेदन प्रक्रिया)
- नागरिकों सबसे पहले मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना या मुख्यमंत्री महिला उद्यमी योजना बिहार का फॉर्म भरने के लिए या ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करने के लिए आपको रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा।
- सबसे पहले आप मुख्यमंत्री SC ST उद्यमी योजना के ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट पर आ जाएं।
- अब आप CM उद्यमी योजना रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए “पंजीकरण” के विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
- अब आपके सामने रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म खुलकर आ जाएगा, जिसमें आपको अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारियां भरनी होंगी। जैसे आपका नाम ईमेल आईडी, जेंडर, मोबाइल नंबर, आधार कार्ड नंबर, आपका वर्ग इत्यादि।
- अब आप “OTP प्राप्त करें” विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
